Mexican Army General Kidnapped, Tortured, and Killed

Drug lords are running Mexico as they’ve kidnapped, tortured, and murdered the new anti-drug top cop less than a day on the job. The general had just taking the task of taking down organized crime, then was found with countless burns and broken bones before being shot 11 times.
